With more than 11 years as a home inspector and experience building more than 50 new homes, Rachel knows houses inside and out—literally. She’s been on both sides of the process, helping buyers understand what they’re walking into and working with homeowners to create spaces that are both beautiful and built to last. As a general contractor on full-home renovations and lead designer on countless smaller projects, she blends hands-on expertise with an eye for smart, functional design.
But beyond the blueprints and finishes, Rachel understands the emotional side of home transitions. She’s personally helped a loved one move into assisted living, sorting through a lifetime of possessions, downsizing to a small apartment, and preparing the family home for sale. She’s also been the one to clear out homes after a loss, and she knows just how overwhelming that process can be. That’s why at Yesteryear Homes, she doesn’t just remodel—she helps homeowners declutter, plan, and prepare for their next chapter, making sure the process is as smooth (and stress-free) as possible.
